Mentorship can turn uncertainty into a next step: choosing courses, preparing for fieldwork, applying for opportunities, presenting research, or navigating the first years of professional life.

AAWG will use mentorship circles, peer conversations, and role-model visibility to make geoscience pathways easier to enter and easier to stay in.
